Apologies were received from David Melding AM, and Suzy Davies AM.
Apologies were also received from William Powell AM, for whom Eluned Parrott AM substituted.
In accordance with Standing Order 17.22, Eluned Parrott nominated Simon Thomas AM as temporary Chair.
